Dates: January 21-22, 2012 (Younger Teams Weekend)

Registration: Please go to www.advancedeventsystems.com to register your team in the tournament.You will not be be officially entered into the tournament until your entry fee is received by the OVA office

Check-in: Friday, January 20th, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Orlando Sports Center Items needed for check-in: 1- Signed USAV Webpoint Roster or AES Roster with all USAV Number's Verified. 2- OSC Hotel Survey 3-Club's are required to have USA Volleyball Medical Release forms for all players present at check-in. The Florida Region will be performing spot checks during check-in. All coaches must carry the original Medical Release Form with them for the duration of the event.
General Admission $5.00 each day.
Format: Pool Play Saturday. Single Elimination Tournament Sunday. Pool play will be played in two waves: AM 8:00-3:00 and PM 3:00-9:00
Refereeing Responsibilities: Each team must provide a qualified down ref, scorer, and two line judges for the matches they are assigned to. Not providing an officiating crew will result in a forfeit of the first game of the next scheduled match.
Requirements: Teams must be USAV Registered. Rosters must be updated in both AES and Webpoint. All coaches must have Medical Forms with them at all times for each of their players.
