2012 Disney Volleyball Classic

Check-In: Friday, March 23rd, 2012 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Orlando Sports Center

Registration: Please go to www.advancedeventsystems.com to register your team in the tournament.
You will not be be officially entered into the tournament until your entry fee is received by the OVA office.
Age Groups/Waves: 10's,12s, 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s, 17s, 18s.
Format: Pool Play Saturday. Single Elimination Tournament Sunday. Pool play will be played in two waves: AM 8:00-2:00 and PM 3:30-8:30
Refereeing Responsibilities: Each team must provide a qualified down ref, scorer, and two line judges for the matches they are assigned to. Not providing an officiating crew will result in a forfeit of the first game of the next scheduled match.
Requirements: Teams must be USAV Registered. All coaches must have Medical Forms with them at all times for each of their players. Anyone (players, team reps, & coaches) appearing on a roster must have this form filled out and turn in at team check-in. No one will be given ESPN Wide World of Sports Credentials without completing this form.
