Check-in: Friday, March 2nd, 2012 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Orlando Sports Center
Club's are required to have USA Volleyball Medical Release forms for all players present at check-in. The Florida Region will be performing spot checks during check-in. All coaches must carry the original Medical Release Form with them for the duration of the event.

Format: Pool Play Saturday.Single Elimination Tournament Sunday. Pool play will be played in two waves: AM 8:00-3:00 and PM 3:00-9:00
Refereeing Responsibilities: Each team must provide a qualified down ref, scorer, and two line judges for the matches they are assigned to. Not providing an officiating crew will result in a forfeit of the first game of the next scheduled match.
Requirements: Teams must be USAV Registered. Rosters must be updated in both AES and Webpoint. All coaches must have Medical Forms with them at all times for each of their players.
